Update for x64 CSS.
Does not do the fastdl stuff, which I might not update for x64.
BunnyhopAPE is disabled by default as updated versions of bhoptimer (shavitush/bhoptimer#1226) support sv_autobunnyhopping.

• print to console when you toggle F5, F6, or F7
• fix downloading some files

RawInput2BunnyhopAPE_https.exe added which downloads from https://main.fastdl.me instead of http://main.fastdl.me which might be useful for some people (using https will be the default in future releases)

use the magic of https://fastdl.me/ to connect to servers that'd give you "Map differs" or "Missing map" errors on connect #1

• don't exit when you press a button on the command prompt window (I broke it!)
