Surprisingly it fails on release and oldrelease on r-universe while not on CRAN, which only fails on devel ...

Let's see how I can combine S4 classes and S3 methods better...

I already asked r-package-devel and Bioconductor folks (and I think I uncovered a bug on R itself...). I'll try to not bother anyone else.

I took the opportunity to upkeep the package (#71) and it might take some more time to fix the test, but locally it is almost fixed.

Release plans

Just considering how to interact with Bioconductor's packages and which version number submit to CRAN: remove suggested packages from Bioconductor and release on 1.0.0 for breaking changes, or just 1.0.0 and keep them despite their comments about CRAN packages interacting with Bioconductor packages...
