http://github.com/tsaleh/vim-matchit.git no longer exists and causes the submodule to fail to load when running the setup.

I've replaced that with the following: https://github.com/eshock/vim-matchit.git

Hello @frizop, if you provide a PR I will merge it, as you can tell I'm not using vim much this days :-/
