New release of pharmmlutils:

Updates:

• New tool sotool for validation, compression, uncompression etc of SO files
• Proper installer for Windows: Use .exe file for installer and .zip for manual installation files

This is the first release of the pharmmlutils package currently containing the pharmmltool that can validate, indent and convert between PharmML versions. For its full functionality please see the README

Linux and Mac users should use the source package pharmmlutils-0.4.tar.gz
Windows users should use the binary package pharmmlutils-0.4-windows-x64.zip

For instructions on installation see INSTALL in the archive.

It has been tested on Linux and Windows. If anyone encounters problems on Mac please report this in Issues
