Hi!
This is a first stab at trying to upgrade refractor to 5.0.0 so that we keep the same version everywhere (and don't need to upgrade anytime soon).

Part of larger work here and here (both wips)

Running the tests locally everything passed.
The dev server seems to be ok

But also, I don't have a whole lot of context about this plugin. Hopefully these make sense 🙏

Thanks! This constitutes a breaking change given the new refractor dependency major version, so I'll do some other changes while I'm at it and publish a new version soon - give me a few!
