[Bug]: Wrong BOM Producible and PCB(s) Producible calculated values

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

I have 218 resistors in inventory and the BOM calls for 2 of them but with different Reference ID, productible total should be 109.
You can produce your entire BOM 218 times with your current inventory.
You can produce 218 PCB(s) with your current inventory.

I'll take a look, it does sound like quantity is not being accounted for when multiple parts of the same part number are added. I believe I only account for when a part is added to the BOM with a given BOM quantity, but it should handle both cases. Good find 👍
