docs(manager/ocb): update ocb documentation

Changes

Updated the ocb-manager documentation to include all supported deptypes. Also changed the manager file pattern to match the name used by the official documentation. For most users, this will be easier to follow, while users who stray from the documentation may need to make some changes.
