Should CONFIG_VGA_ROM_RUN=y be set? #4
Description
Don't know if CONFIG_VGA_ROM_RUN=y should be set.
Currently not set in Skulls-V configs.
Skulls does set it for the nonfree configs with vgabios in X230 and X230T.
Relevant documentation is a bit ambiguous when using SeaBios:

Might be needed to have early display out, and hence show splash and boot options on external monitor, really not sure if that's the case.
