Getting 'Already subscribed to the channel' when subscribing an unsubscribed channel

To avoid subscribe -> unsubscribe -> subscribe race conditions, the local subscribed channel flag should be updated immediately when the channel is unsubscribed, instead of waiting for the server onUnsubscribed frame.
