/jobs page doesn't reflect updated #job-board moderation

Deleted messages aren't removed from the page, which is very much not ideal. This will need changes to Reactibot, but we should add a live reflection of the currently-active job posts, instead of a permanent archive of all messages posted. see reactiflux/reactibot#393
