Funny resizing behaviour between animations

If you take a look at this video here http://screencast.com/t/d0glpx1c , you can see that when I re-order the list, isotope appears to resize the list elements to take up the entire body width. Presumably this is due to the margins being set to 0 and position set to absolute.

Take a look on my fork I had the same issue and solved it. There are lots of patches applied there to responsive designs.
