Just nitpicking some wording. lgtm
I think this page should be included in the 0.25 release notes, also the quickstart and other installation docs need to be updated.

Thanks @yiannistri, LGTM. Not a blocker but I think we could also add a note (or other kind of highlighted block) in the documentation's home page, Overview, to inform users of the existence of this guide.
Also, not sure if we have issues to track the deletion of existing sections that describe (or refer to) the "old" installation process. It should probably be a follow-up to this.

This page that is being added to the docs, includes a command that needs to be run manually by the user prior to upgrading to Rancher 2.13, to address rancher/turtles#1848
