Please follow instruction on this page to use rTorrent inside a Docker container. On the same page it is explained how to build an ARM image, which allows you to run it on an embedded device like the Raspberry Pi.

It's intended you already have Docker installed on the machine where you want to run the above-mentioned image. If this is not your case, please first read the Docker documentation and follow the instruction guide which is more appropriate to your needing.
