This error may be caused by a proxy or firewall that is blocking network requests or by an antivirus program. This may also be caused by an antivirus program. Thanks for the issue. Unfortunately the error reporting here is pretty lacking so it's hard to say what went wrong exactly, other than the error message's suggestion about an antivirus or something like that. I'll improve error reporting for the next version so hopefully you'll be able to get better logs after it's released.
