Fix for Kafka client config logs reappearing by default

Kafka client config logs are now logged from org.apache.kafka.common.config package
so we set the default level of that logger to WARN

@gsmet It is a nice to have feature, but yes, we need to backport it.
I see that we have the logs since 3.24.1
