There are only build-related changes in Hibernate Reactive, as for Hibernate ORM, I don't see any issues that were reported on the Quarkus side and fixed in this version, but there was a user reporting a problem in their Quarkus app at https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-19582?focusedCommentId=123004
