  • Add support for @Alternative based mocks
  • Don't require test classes to be public
  • Add some more info to the guide

Fixes quarkusio#568, add test only @Alternative support

This means that alternatives defined in the src/test/java
directory can be used to mock out services at runtime.

Fine grained mocks are not yet supported.

IMPORTANT: once merge we would not be able to sync the guide anymore (from master).
So guide fixes must take the current head (1eaf3ac or the one just before the merge) and apply the changes from there.
