Replace usage of java.util.logging by JBoss logging

We have parts of the code using java.util.logging such as ShamrockTracingDynamicFeature, UndertowDeploymentTemplate, DataSourceProducer.

They should use JBoss Logging.

We should also probably set up forbiddenapis to prevent this type of issue.
