Native image runtime issue when using Liquibase

Describe the bug

I'm doing an update from the previous 3.20.3 LTS to the latest 3.27.0 LTS.
I do not provide detailed information because I ran into the exact same issue as @gsmet did here: #43031 (comment)
Due to that error, Liquibase was not updated there, but it was later here: #48866
Can you elaborate how did the update pass the second time? Did I miss something?
If this would be an actual issue, please provide a fix for 3.27.0 and until that happens, a workaround would be nice too.

Please provide the stacktrace of the error you are seeing. Bonus points if you have a small sample project that we can use to test any potential fixes.

When I made the fix, I fixed the issue CI was showing, but that doesn't mean that all possible native-related issues were addressed.
