[Security Extension] - AuthConfig only configured if IdentityManager is produced #1528
Description
The security extension is only configuring the authentication mechanism configuration to deployments when processing identity manager instances produced during the build, making impossible to configure authentication mechanism from other extensions when these extensions do not need to produce identity manager instances.
