A few comments:

• could you add it to the README at the root besides the other MicroProfile ones?
• I don't think we need the README in the quickstart as it will be redundant with the guide that needs to be written: we need something like: https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/blob/master/docs/src/main/asciidoc/fault-tolerance-guide.adoc in the main repo
• could you add the Maven wrapper to your new module (it's a new thing we just merged)? You just need to execute mvn -N io.takari:maven:wrapper -Dmaven=3.6.0 in your module directory.

I usually merge the guide together with the quickstart to be sure they are consistent so I'll wait for the guide if you don't mind (and are willing to work on it).
