New filter for not (`!`) missing space when it's added to search query

When #1652 introduced the filter for all (*) and not (!). I didn't find problem with all but find problem with not.

When clicking on no support and have some other filter already selected it add !support at the start, but the space is missing after this string. Which causing thing like this !supportwith:starter-code.

Probably caused by adding something before the filter key word instead of usual key-word: filter

How to reproduce

1. https://code.quarkus.redhat.com/
2. Select any except Support
3. Click on Support and select No support
4. It should be visible

Browser: Chrome and Firefox (expect all of them)
