@michalvavrik the fixes for http-advanced may take more time, than expected, so let's fix this issue-by-issue

Fixes the failing test and I think this is smartly done (and it basically comes from quarkusio/quarkus#49894 😃 so we know this is intentional behavior). I think it is acceptable that the transfer-encoding is not there anymore for the text as the chunked value doesn't seem to be very important judging on what I googled.
