Active state not correctly set in `GraphMachine`

Describe the bug
Active states are probably not correctly set in GraphMachine and TransitionGraphSupport (I need to confirm this).

Minimal working example

As pointed out by @betaboon this code looks suspicious.

Expected behavior
All active states of the diagram associated with the current model should be highlighted.
