CLDR old version

Overview Description

The CLDR version is not updated.
You are using version 41 of CLDR and it does not include that Croatia uses Euro starting in January 2023.
version 42 of CLDR does include this.

@lcurran The next version of Babel will use CLDR 42. Unfortunately I don't have a concrete timeline for its release date at this point. If this is extra important for you (or e.g. your company), please let me know...
