Add page explaining base-url for running pyroscope under a reverse proxy in a subpath

We support this, we even have an example but we don't explicitly tell how to use it.

Couple things:

• base-url requires a slash at the beginning eg (/pyroscope)
• If using with auth, redirect-url should be set as well
