Description
As of v1.26.0, project.license-files seems to no longer accept the following format.
license-files = { paths = ["LICENSE", "IP_NOTICE"] }
unit_tests: commands_pre[0] /Users/xandersong/phoenix/tests> uv pip install --strict --reinstall-package arize-phoenix ../.
