Description
I am now wondering if Prime Hubs can support the voice and other special sounds, like we had on ev3. Those were very cool.

While we probably can't use espeak like we did on ev3dev, I'm quite impressed with Pico TTS (Apache-2.0). Listen to an example here.
There are other YouTube examples where this runs on an ESP32, so it should easily run on EV3. Not sure if we have enough RAM in Prime Hub, but could be worth looking into.
On both platforms, this could be a nice way to start getting good speaker support even if we don't have a filesystem yet.
This currently does not have our priority, but this could be just the kind of feature that someone might contribute.
