What changed?
Allowed user to adjust the minimum vertical and horizontal drag distances so that they can make drag & drop operations more or less sensitive than the default of
SystemParameters.MinimumHorizontalDragDistanceandSystemParameters.MinimumVerticalDragDistance. Defaults to theSystemParametersvalues so that the default library settings remain the same.
