rpm install on AlmaLinux 10 fails due to dependency on libXScrnSaver #1295

What happened?

Attempting to install Linux.pulsar-1.128.0.x86_64.rpm on AlmaLinux 10 results in this error message:

Error: 
Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libXScrnSaver needed by pulsar-1.128.0-1.x86_64 from @commandline
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
