PAT support for self-hosted Jira (reporting)

Current Behavior

Current for self-hosted jira PAT is not supported

Expected Behavior

Ability to use PAT in jira reporting.

Steps To Reproduce

Try with jira config for self-hosted jira credentials, currently support method either changed or not supported anymore.
