Spinners: Create guidelines for using the correct size in it's context #372
Description
Currently spinners are being used in different sizes throughout GitHub. It would be good to provide guidance on when to use what particular size in its context. For example areas where those could be shown:
- Sidebars
- Modals
- Body
- Lists
