Panel tray icons get messed up if I exit and remove one icon

I accidentally left blueman enabled from my labwc session, so it started on my Cosmic beta 3 session. I tried to exit it, but all it did was destroy the icons for Steam and some other processes, and made the blueman icon migrate a few icons to the left.

Now I have a permanent blueman icon that pops up blueman's last main menu, but doesn't do anything, because blueman exited itself when I told it to. And the rest of the blank icons don't seem to do anything, except for the now-blank Steam icon.
