Avoid saving files upon each new join point addition #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a new join point in the base-code while a Mylyn task is activated.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the file not to be saved until I explicitly save it. Instead, the file
is saved automatically.
