update cyclonedx-core-java to latest to support cyclonedx SBOM version 1.6

dependency-track-maven-plugin version 1.7.0

when I have cyclonedx SBOM version 1.6 (created with cyclonedx-maven-plugin version 2.9.0)
the goal upload-bom with parameter updateProjectInfo=true fails

This issue can be closed, as of version 1.8 there is support for SBOM schema version 1.6
