show page numbers for pagination

Currently a paginated datatable only show "Previous" and "Next" buttons. Nobody knows which page is. It would be great to show the current page number and the total pages.

Adopting the view of react-bootstrap-table (http://allenfang.github.io/react-bootstrap-table/example.html#pagination) would be ideal, as it adds the page number info and improves the default styling to Bootstrap.

Besides that this a UX/UI flaw that should not have happened in the first place, when will this be implemented? I don't believe it takes over half a year to fix this...
