Play with kubernetes istance not working

anytime I press add istance it does not works,
I tried with different browse but nothing happend or changed

I hope I 'm opening in the right place , in case not I'm sorry for wasting your time.

Hello, tha some issue: I visited https://labs.play-with-k8s.com/ login as Github user, click "Add new instance" and got error 500
