Techdebt - server code is out of date.

I've been working to migrate the server code over to typescript
but I'm stuck on the integration with sockets

it seems like nextjs is the flagship technology for hosting api for typescript / so I chose this library.

I understand there's no desire to upgrade this sample library but it's difficult to cherry pick code / and blend with other libraries due to mismatch.

I will continue to dig into this - and hopefully can resolve. This library over here is running typescript with sockets + nextjs.

Ideally the sample code would depend on plaid-node library to expose rich types.

I have something drafted - will need to take a look at dockerfile.
