[Feature] Add compatibility with windows open file type with program system for the desktop version #1180

I will preface this by saying that I love piskel, and that this is just a minor request to fix a minor gripe of mine. I regularly double click on .piskel files out of habit, but currently, this will not automatically open them in piskel. I have set up the windows file type program association for them, it just isn't a feature of piskel to support this currently. it isnt a huge deal, it just would be nice if piskel supported that. thanks for hearing me out.
