What does this actually do?

I assumed it makes the provider think we are using a single device but what seems to happen is I can watch one channel on one device and a different channel on another device. Surely that will flag up as 2 devices with my provider?

I would think that would depend on your provider, they'll be able to see how many streams you have going, but it will show the same IP. I plan on using to convert from xtream to m3u since the app I'm using has pretty bad xtream support.
