bug(aos --list): does not list transferred processes

When you transfer a process by changing the Owner, aos --list --wallet new.owner.json does not show the transferred process in the list of owned processes.

Additionally, calling the alias from the new wallet creates a new process, instead of loading the transferred one. permaweb/ao-cookbook#251
