Optionally prompt for id/secret on add via readline

I didn't like the idea of my credentials hitting my zsh history, so this allows them to be prompted for dynamically if you are paranoid.

Nice 👍 I prefix my secret-bearing shell commands with a space, and tell Zsh not to store those in history, but this is nicer.
