Facing issue for connectivity with postgres

Hi team after latest release payload version .50 facing lot of issues intial setup by simple setps mentioned on website also not creating the application, if do any changes in docker file either prod build is not getting created or gives error for postgress cant connect, everytime it gives new error if we make any small change
