Enhance ErrorBoundary to be usable for OpenShift #98
Description
Let's enhance the CG ErrorBoundary with an inline state and possibly other enhancements to be usable instead of the OpenShift implementation - see https://github.com/openshift/console/blob/master/frontend/packages/console-shared/src/components/error/error-boundary.tsx for reference
