pfe-sass | Remove globbing to allow parallel runs #1468
Description
If we remove the globbing being done in pfe-sass, the compilation for pfe-sass becomes just building the sassdoc. The components don't really care if sassdoc is completed or not so we could then test running the builds in parallel again.
