Keyboard input in date picker is unfriendly at best #1746
Description
It's very difficult to use the keyboard to enter input in the date/time picker, particularly if you want to edit the year. The list of years only shows up to five years ahead of the currently selected year, and if you want to change the year by a longer range than that, you're stuck either battling with the fiddly keyboard input or change years in batches.
Oddly enough, the demo for the component on its home page doesn't have the same limitations.
As an example, try editing a field that was intially set to 1970-1-1 00:00:00 to 2018-11-01 12:34.
