feat: [SIW-1565] Add verify and parse of credential status attestation in example app

This PR adds the verifyAndParseStatusAttestation step to the example app.

Motivation and Context

The method was missing from the scenario which obtains a status attestation, thus not verifying and parsing it.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Obtain a MDL;
• Obtain a status attestation;
• Open the debug menu, you should be able to see the parsed status attestation.
