Update [this](https://github.com/pacificclimate/pcic-react-components/blob/ae2635576f000a466624f6eb57114a43bddcd0a2/src/lib/components/select/EmissionsScenarioSelector/EmissionsScenarioSelector.js#L7) so that the selector will display the new scenario.
