To run the development server run: npm run dev

1. Clone the repo and make a new branch: $ git checkout https://github.com/oslabs-beta/vantage-splash.git -b [name_of_new_branch].
2. Add to the pages/docs :)
3. Open a Pull Request with a comprehensive description of changes to the dev branch.
