Documentation for profiling performance with ADIOS

Once @guj adds the script to plot the JSON file data I will update the text.

I might also add a script to plot the TAU ADIOS file (@khuck I used your instructions from the tutorial to make the script, so if you want to upload yours let me know).

Not sure I understand, it will be in the "Advanced topics" section under "Performance profiling", but I did not check. I was waiting for Junmin's PR to be merged (which it has) to run it and add some print screen of the output.

The file should be referenced in source/index.rst to be included in the documentation
